Conducted a case study on Target’s 2025 DEI rollback for PRAD 564, focusing on what strategic communicators can learn from the company’s response and the broader business implications. Analyzed media coverage, stakeholder reactions, and corporate messaging to assess how the decision impacted brand trust, employee morale, and consumer loyalty. This was presented at GOLIN headquarters.
